About ZedVault

ZedVault is a marketplace for Zambia. Independent vendors list what they sell, and we take care of everything after the buyer pays: we confirm the payment, check the item, pack it, deliver it and look after the customer.

We started in Lusaka because we wanted buying online to feel safe and simple. Every item is checked before it ships. You pay with mobile money. Your order arrives at your door, and you confirm it with a private delivery code.

Our promise is in our name: Shop. Trust. Thrive. Buyers can trust what they order, and vendors can grow without chasing payments.

ZedVault is run by ChillTech Innovations in Lusaka, Zambia.
