How it works

    Apply and list

    Tell us what you sell and verify your identity with your NRC and a selfie. Add products with photos and your own price, your stock or how long you need to source them. Buyers see them once your identity is approved.

    Hand over to our hub

    When an order is paid, get it ready. If you source an item after the order, first confirm you can supply it. Our driver collects it in the morning, or you bring it in. We check every item.

    Get paid

    You receive your whole price. 80% of it is released to you when the buyer's payment is confirmed, and the last 20% when the buyer confirms delivery. Registered businesses that reach tier 3 get all of it at once. Withdraw to MTN MoMo or Airtel Money.

What you take home

Joining is free. You set your price and receive all of it. We add our 12.5% markup, packaging and the payment fee on top, and buyers see one price.

Questions sellers ask

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining and listing are free, and you receive your whole price when an item sells. Our markup is added on top of it for the buyer.

Who delivers to the buyer?

We do. You hand the item to our hub, we check it, pack it with the buyer's other items and deliver it.

How do I get my packaging?

We send a starter kit when you are approved. You can ask for more from your dashboard whenever you run low.

When do I get paid?

80% of what you earn is released to you when the buyer's payment is confirmed, and the last 20% when the buyer confirms delivery. Registered businesses that reach tier 3 get all of it when the buyer's payment is confirmed. You then request a payout to your mobile money number, from K500. Your identity is checked once, before buyers see your products. New shops can withdraw up to K500 in total until 3 of their orders are delivered.

How long can I take to ship?

You set the shipping time on each product, and buyers see it before they pay. Be honest about it and keep to it.
