How ZedVault works

For buyers

Browse the shops and products, add what you like to your cart and check out. You can buy from several vendors in one checkout. Pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. We start working on your order once your payment is confirmed.

The vendor gets your item ready. We check it against its listing, pack your items together and deliver them in the afternoon. You give the driver your delivery code and the order is yours.

If something is wrong, report a problem from your order and we look into it.

For vendors

Apply to sell, verify your identity, add your products and tell us whether you hold the stock or source it after the order. When an order is paid, get it ready. If you source an item after the order, first confirm you can supply it. Our driver collects it in the morning, or you bring it to us. We check, pack and deliver.

You set your own price and receive all of it. ZedVault adds its fee, the cost of packing the item and the payment fee on top, and buyers see one price. Most of each sale can be withdrawn as soon as the buyer pays, and the rest when the buyer confirms delivery. Registered businesses that reach tier 3 can withdraw all of it as soon as the buyer pays.
